| Since June 2009, Mr. Nick Sondhi Williams has served as a Partner at Williams LLP. In the short time he has been with the firm, Nick Sondhi Williams has demonstrated his capabilities through his defense of the president of a pharmaceutical company in a $25 million claim for commissions. Nick Sondhi Williams was also instrumental in securing a temporary restraining order for copyright infringement against a VoIP provider. Nick Sondhi Williams was brought in to the firm specifically to lead litigation endeavors involving general commercial, corporate, copyright, and other civil matters. Over the course of his professional career, Nick Sondhi Williams has held numerous positions within the legal sector, focusing primarily on litigating commercial, corporate, and other civil matters. An expert litigator with experience in both state and federal courts, Nick Sondhi Williams has argued for both defendants and plaintiffs. Nick Sondhi Williams most recently held a role as a Senior Associate for Barroway Topaz Kessler Meltzer & Check LLP, where he managed a number of cases involving FLSA, ERISA, and RESPA. Nick Sondhi Williams played a key role in developing a team consisting of three junior associates and two paralegals. Nick Sondhi Williams has also held significant roles with firms such as Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP and Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. Admitted into the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Nick Sondhi Williams is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association. Dedicated to helping future legal professionals build their skills, Nick Sondhi Williams also maintains membership in the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) as an Advocate. In his limited spare time, Nick Sondhi Williams enjoys outdoor activities, such as cycling, skiing, hiking, and rock climbing.
