Profile
| I started my business because I worked at different repair centers in and around the Lansing area. I found I did not like the way they handled the repair process. There was a lot of miscommunication between the shop and the customer. There was also a lot of dishonesty and misrepresentation to the customer. They were being told they had to replace things that were not necessarily broken. They may have been worn but that is up to the individual customer not the shop. I wanted to give my customers options and let them make the decision. I wanted to change the way our industry is viewed. I also wanted to cater to the fast paced lifestyle most companies and customers live. I wanted to provide an honest, lower cost service that would allow your vehicle to be repaired the same day it was brought in for repair. I still will not sacrifice quality for cost. Remember you always get what you pay for. Many shops will buy low cost cheap parts and sell them for premium price as if they were the high end parts. They will have a higher profit margin this way. Those shops play the numbers game. They no they can get away with it because you will more than likely not find out until a year later when the same part fails again and it is out of warranty. Many shops hire cheap labor and pass it off as quality. Make sure the technician working on your vehicle is ASE CERTIFIED at minimum. State of Michigan certifications are ok but many do not even have them and they are repairing your vehicle, even at the DEALERSHIP!!!. Think about it would you want your vehicle repaired by someone who has never performed that type of repair before. Would you pay a general practicioner to perform heart surgery??
