I enjoy talking to my clients in down-to-earth, plain English. It helps them understand the process of mortgage financing and gives them the confidence they need to make an informed and intelligent decision about their home loan. I encourage them to ask lots of questions and I always tell them, "there's no charge until the mortgage is funded and closed." It's my way of letting them know that every question is important to me.
