| Joseph Lancia earned his Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from Southern Connecticut State College. Upon graduation, Mr. Lancia took a position with Strategic Investments, a merger and acquisitions firm located in South Carolina. Joseph Lancia spent more than a decade with Strategic Investments and performed over 40 targeted acquisitions and 17 post merger integration projects during that time. Following his work with Strategic Investments, Joseph Lancia served as the President and CEO of Dispoz-o Products, Inc. Mr. Lancia operated in that capacity for seven years and aided in the manufacturing of an assortment of packaging and plastics products designed for the food service industry. Mr. Lancia drew upon his early investment banking experience to optimize Dispoz-o Products, Inc.’s operations. In creating a distinct vertical sales and marketing orientation, Mr. Lancia attracted the attention of Wilkinson Industries, Inc., which then merged with Dispoz-o Products, Inc. in April 2009. Since the merger, Mr. Joseph Lancia has stepped down from his roles as CEO and President of Dispoz-o Products, Inc., and he now operates as the founder of principal of Diversified Capital Holdings, LLC. At Diversified Capital Holdings, LLC, Joseph Lancia leverages his business experience to help mid-sized companies acquire equity capital. Working as a value investor, Joseph Lancia locates companies in the Southeastern United States and supplies guidance regarding business strategy. Joseph Lancia also provides operational insight and identifies potential business opportunities. Joseph Lancia currently resides in South Carolina, where he is a Board Member for Loaves & Fishes and Clemson University’s College of Business & Behavioral Science. Mr. Lancia enjoys golfing in his free time and serves as the Chairman of the Thornblade Classic Golf Tournament.
