After graduating Summa Cum Laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, David Kashen joined Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an Investment Banking Analyst. Kashen participated in various corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic advisory activities. In 2001, Dave Kashen joined SPO Partners & Co. as an Investment Associate in Mill Valley, California. As a member of an 8-person investment team, Kashen was responsible for managing $3 billion of invested capital and evaluating investment opportunities.
After graduating from Stanford's Graduate School of Business in 2005, Dave Kashen co-founded Wellsphere, Inc., directing the inception of the fastest-growing online consumer health platform. With the website drawing more than 5 million monthly visitors, Kashen helped manage the development of powerful web and mobile technologies and oversee the growing network of more than 2,500 leading health bloggers that strive to help individuals live healthier, happier lives.
Today, Dave Kashen draws on his vast capabilities in a number of fields as the Founder and CEO of Quantum Leading and DMK Coaching, two personal and executive coaching firms in San Francisco, California. Through DMK Coaching, Dave Kashen utilizes an effective five-step program to empower individuals to discover their purpose, unlock their potential and realize their dreams. Kashen provides one-on-one coaching provides the support, motivation and accountability that clients need to overcome obstacles and achieve their aspirations and goals.

A resident of San Francisco, David Kashen is an avid triathlete, and remains an active member and volunteer for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training Program.
