If you have a valid court awarded judgment of $10,000 or more, we will use every method at our disposal to recover the full amount of the unpaid judgment plus any interest that the judgment has accrued since it was issued. We will track the judgment debtor down even if he or she has moved to another state. We have access to both private and public databases that allows us to 'skip-trace' the debtor and to locate any assets that he or she may have. As allowed by law, we will garnish wages, attach bank accounts, and seize assets as necessary. If possible, we will try to do so without any notification or confrontation. In short, we will enforce the judgment that was legally and rightfully awarded to you by the courts!
We neither charge an application fee nor require you to cover any upfront expenses. We purchase the judgment from you for a percentage of anything that we are eventually able to recover from the judgment debtor. With his background, Mr. Pillow thrives on being able to effectively operate in a hands-on manner. His experience has also given him the opportunity to work with both small and large companies with limited layers of support. With change management orientation, he has a proven track record of leading cultural change and identifying where a business should be positioned to create and/or enhance value for the future.
Mr. Pillow holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas. He studied pre-law at the University of Texas, and he completed the Master of Hotel Supply program at the Educational Institute.
Being an active and contributing member of his community is important to Mr. Pillow. He currently belongs to the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Technology Business Council Committee, the International Business Development Committee, the Government Relations Committee, and the Plano Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Committee.
In the past, he has served on the Texas Apartment Association of Legislative Affairs Committee as well as in the National Apartment Association, has been a representative to Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), has been a member of the National Speakers Association, has served as Co-Chairman of the Cliff House (a juvenile home), has served as president of the Lions Club, and has served as vice president of both the DeSoto Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Jaycees. Additionally, Mr. Pillow has sat on the Board of Directors of the Central Highway Committee for Dallas County and has also been a volunteer on the Plano Suicide Hot Line.
