| Reece Dylan is a manger that understands the importance of creativity. As Managing Director of Xclusive Media—an agency that bases its business on the spirit of creativity—Reece Dylan ensures that the young firm provides a full platform of marketing, branding, and design offerings for its clients. This guarantees that any service a client requests will be presented in a new, creative solution that will solve their business problems. Reece Dylan began studying law at Manchester College in 2000, participating in the Young People’s Council and the LGB Society while taking on athletic responsibilities with the school’s swimming and kickboxing organizations. In 2002, with an impressive A grade point average, Reece Dylan decided it was time to shift gears, and he left the school for the nearby Manchester University, where he studied computer science. After three years of studying—with a continued interest in swimming, kickboxing and the LGB Society—Dylan graduated from the prestigious University with a B.Sc. in Computer Science. Reece Dylan left the school not only with a firm grasp of computer science, but with a commitment to charity and community. Dylan contributes to several important charities, including Save the Children and The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. Reece Dylan also holds a firm commitment to the spread of technology and science, participating in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Computer Society and the IEEE Technical Council on Software Engineering. The IEEE is an international organization that works to spread scientific thought and technological studies across the globe, and is one of the most successful and powerful foundations for the spreading of tech-based education and research in the world. Reece Dylan is also affiliated with the British Computer Society, the International Council on Systems Engineering, the Worldwide Institute of Software Architects, and the International Association of Software Architects. Despite his busy work schedule and participation in a variety of professional organizations and charities, Reece still finds times to enjoy a wide array of hobbies, which include reading, kickboxing, swimming, going to the gym, recreational climbing, flying and traveling.
