| Licensed California Attorney Steven R. Liss has practiced law privately from his Southern California offices for more than 20 years. An expert in family law, Steven Liss specializes in divorce proceedings, adoption, assisted reproduction programs, special education law, and juvenile dependency law. Each of these areas requires a specific skill set, and Steven Liss brings extensive experience in each of them to his practice. As a component of his expertise in family law issues, Steven R. Liss maintains affiliations with a number of organizations pertinent to his specialty. A strong advocate for the advancement of reproductive medicine, Steven Liss holds membership in both the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the locally based Pacific Coast Reproductive Society. Mr. Liss is also involved with the nationally prominent adoption education organization, Adoptive Families of America, and the surrogacy advocacy organization, Organization of Parents Through Surrogacy (OPTS). Steven R. Liss earned his law degree from California Western School of Law.
