Mr. Chalela is experienced with forensic evidence, having been involved with multiple cases involving DNA, firearm ballistics, fingerprints, witness identification procedures, and sexual battery exams. Mr. Chalela has also handled all the classes of sentence enhancements, including Habitualization, Career Criminal, Prison Release Re-offender, Mandatory Minimums, and 10-20-Life gun laws.
