| A multi-talented real estate professional, Mr. Nicolas E. Anitsakis is a licensed real estate appraiser and a registered right of way agent working out of the Stafford, TX firm Contract Land Staff, LLC. Currently employed as a Project Manager/Land Consultant, Nicolas Anitsakis leverages his experience in real estate appraisal toward a variety of projects for his clients, including land acquisition, right of way management, and eminent domain issues. Hired on to the company in 2007, Nicolas Anitsakis previously held the position of Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for Fox & Bubela, Inc., based out of Houston, TX. Nicolas Anitsakis joined the appraisal team of Fox & Bubela upon graduating from Texas A&M University. A finance major with a strong work ethic, Nicolas Anitsakis quickly showed his potential at Fox & Bubela, taking on a number of highly important clients. During his five years with Fox & Bubela, Nicolas Anitsakis handled real estate appraisals for leading Fortune 500 companies, including Amoco Petroleum, British Petroleum, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. Nicolas Anitsakis also utilized his abilities on behalf of government clients, including the cities of Houston, La Porte, and Rosenberg, as well as the counties of Fort Bend, Montgomery, Galveston, and Chambers. Besides being a strong student and a hard worker while at Texas A&M, Nicolas Anitsakis was involved in a number of different activities on campus, including the Student Senate, the ROTC Corps of Cadets, and the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band. Nicolas Anitsakis also served as one of the public faces of the university, working out of the college’s recruiting office, giving tours and speaking at new student orientations. Outside of work, Nicolas Anitsakis enjoys staying active. A scuba enthusiast, Mr. Anitsakis has dove throughout the Caribbean, near Cozumel, in Hawaii, and off the Texas coast. Nicolas Anitsakis also enjoys downhill skiing and reading.
