An alumnus of Lewis & Clark College, Kelly Clark developed a reputation early on for being involved with projects that met at the intersection of law and public policy. As an undergraduate of the Portland, Oregon school, Kelly Clark majored in Political Science, later going on to earn his Juris Doctorate (J.D.). During his law studies, Clark was honored with an Environmental Law Certificate while participating in student government and acting as a Legal Writing Assistant.
Today, most people are familiar with Kelly Clark due to his reputation as a partner for the law firm he founded with Mark P. O’Donnell almost a decade ago. Attorney Kelly Clark leverages his years of experience, along with those of his expert colleagues to achieve restitution for the victims of these transgressions. Kelly Clark has been involved with the legislative side of public policy as a State Representative in the Oregon Legislature, as well as worked with the office of United States Senator Mark O. Hatfield. Beyond these civic responsibilities, Kelly Clark has worked with the William Temple House Board of Directors, the North Portland Nurse Practitioners Clinic, and the St. Andrew Legal Clinic. In his spare time, Kelly Clark enjoys playing golf, amateur photography, and pursuing a graduate degree in theology from Australia's Melbourne College of Divinity. Oregon.
