| For the past four years, Mrs. Shawn Sotolongo has served as owner of one of Florida’s Marble Slab Creamery stores. In addition to overseeing all aspects of store management, Shawn Sotolongo is also responsible for the growth and development of the store. Shawn Sotolongo’s skill in managing marketing, budgeting and projections, catering operations, and hiring and training new employees led the store to earn the esteemed distinction of being a “training store” for new franchisees. In having the “training store designation,” Shawn Sotolongo sets the bar with her store’s outstanding customer service, exceptional management skills, and unrivaled store performance. Before embarking on her successful business management career, Shawn Sotolongo was a cheerleader for the NFL’s Miami Dolphins and the AFL’s Tampa Bay Storm. Shawn Sotolongo also served as head cheer leading coach for the roller hockey team, the Tampa Bay Tritons. Passionate about helping out the community, Shawn Sotolongo is involved in many charitable endeavors. Generously donating to charities like Toys for Tots, Metropolitan Ministries, and Hospice Care, Shawn Sotolongo has also participated in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life for the past four years. Considering community involvement an important part of her life, Shawn Sotolongo often combines her savvy business skills with her charitable interests by working with events and fundraisers for local charities and schools. In her leisure time, Mrs. Shawn Sotolongo enjoys outdoor activities such as swimming and going to the beach. An avid reader, Shawn Sotolongo lists Tom Clancy, Sandra Brown, and Stephanie Meyer among her favorite authors. Mrs. Shawn Sotolongo currently resides in Land O’ Lakes, Florida.
