Mr. Bryce Coates is an experienced Mortgage Agent serving Real Mortgage Associates in London, Ontario. Joining the company in 2006, Mr. Coates went from a sub-agent to mortgage agent with his own team of sub-agents in under two years, utilizing his finance knowledge and strong skills to assist individuals in the buying and selling of real estate. Bryce Coates is committed to providing excellent, professional service to all of his clients, respecting each of them and listening to their individual needs and goals. Mr. Bryce Coates is experienced with processing applications, carrying out compliance on sub agents’ deals, building new sources, successfully working with lenders, and advertising.
Prior to joining Real Mortgage Associates, Mr. Bryce Coates served as an agent for Exclusive Mortgage Solutions in London, Ontario. Mr. Coates is a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals. Mr. Bryce Coates received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario (UWO) in 2005. He was a member of the university’s Varsity Rugby team and worked two jobs while studying toward his degree. Before attending UWO, Mr. Coates was a first-year Engineering major at Royal Military College in Kingston, Canada.
Maintaining a healthy work-life balance, Mr. Bryce Coates makes sure to find time for his favorite hobbies and activities. He enjoys mountain biking, weightlifting, and running. He also likes to watch movies and read during his free time. Community involvement is also very important to Mr. Coates. He frequently donates to Chabad Flamingo and the Humane Society, as well as donates to and participates in Harry’s Spring Run-Off in support of prostate cancer treatment and research. Bryce Coates also coached the London St. Georges Women's Rugby team and led them to a league championship.
