| The Republic of Hungary maintains a Consulate General in the Canadian province of British Columbia to serve the residents of British Columbia with their consular matters related to the Republic of Hungary. The Hungarian Consulate General in British Columbia can assist with notarization, dispensation of Passport applications, dispensation of Visa applications, and dispensation of other forms regarding Hungary. Zoltan Vass serves as the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Hungary in British Columbia, specifically in the Dunsmir Location. Mr. Zoltan Vass is responsible for assisting in all diplomatic affairs that affect Hungarians living in British Columbia, overseeing the notarization of various documents for people who are either Hungarian or do business in Hungary. Zoltan Vass is a current Canadian citizen and resides in British Columbia. Prior to his time as an unpaid, Honorary Consul appointee Mr. Vass spent much time in the Hungarian foreign ministry. Zoltan Vass received his Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Relations from the prestigious Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), one of the world’s premiere higher education institutions.
