| With the drive to succeed and the skills to achieve his goals, Ash Gilmore has enjoyed success as an athlete, student, and volunteer. His experiences have given him a better understanding of the world around him, and he has used the same drive and skills to take on his latest opportunity in the professional world. Obtaining more than $1.3 million in three months, Ash Gilmore has doubled the six month new money requirement for promotion in just three months for his Wells Fargo Financial office. As a result, Gilmore has earned the spot of Senior Credit Manager, a coveted position earned only by exceptional leaders and performers. In his role as Senior Credit Manager, Ash Gilmore is able to help plan and implement financial futures so that his clients are able to meet and exceed their goals. Gilmore’s expertise is in restructuring financial outlooks by carefully analyzing his clients’ credit and monetary history. The leadership position was offered to Ash Gilmore within six months of hire, and he performs his duties well and with great care. Taking on a leadership role is something Ash Gilmore has done before. While attending Central Washington University, Gilmore participated in many student committees that helped organize and improve campus life. Ash Gilmore was on the Academic Affairs Committee, Technology Fee Committee, Academic Appeals Committee, Residence Hall Association, and the Council of Probity, which is dedicated to integrity on campus. Gilmore graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management and Organization. Ash Gilmore has continued his leadership role off-campus by assisting those less fortunate. As a mentor, Gilmore has worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Boy Scouts, and United Way. His charitable efforts include donating to the Make a Wish Foundation, American Cancer Society, and his local Children’s Hospital. When Ash Gilmore has free time, he enjoys running. A competitive athlete while in school, Gilmore participated in the Firecracker 5000, a race designed for long distance runners, and his athletic successes were covered by various journals. For recreation, Gilmore also enjoys bike riding and camping.
