Zen founded Be The Dream in 1988 as an avenue to promote holistic understanding in business and personal achievement. An international presenter on holistic project planning, he has co-created a vision for a holistic model community serving at-risk youth, called Spectrum Academy. His most recent coursework, Transformation on the Path to Fulfillment, assists adults challenged to live authentically through a self-directed format designed to free the mind so the heart can speak..
Zen's areas of expertise include change management, process control / continuous improvement, organizational development, supply chain management, team building, strategic planning and of course - transformation.
He has experienced a plethora of personal and professional paths from his own quest for understanding of the connections between the Cosmos and community. He earned a Master of Business Administration in project management, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, a Certification in Secondary Education, as well as Certifications as a Hypnotherapist and Life Coach.
