In his role as CEO of Perfection Builders, Scott Lehner fulfills a number of responsibilities, including determining the strategic direction of the company, reporting company finances, acquiring property, and overseeing all marketing and sales activities. Having expanded the company every year of his management, Scott Lehner has positioned Perfection Builders to enter the “active adult communities” market for even more growth and success.
Working mainly in the real estate market of south central Kansas, specifically suburban Wichita and the Manhattan-Junction City area, Scott Lehner’s company is respected for building properties with the utmost attention to detail and durability. Affiliated with both the National Association of Home Builders and the Wichita Area Builders Association, Scott Lehner is a reliable professional who fully stands behind his work—providing Perfection Builders clients a full one-year warranty on their new homes.
Prior to his impressive work with Perfection Builders, Scott Lehner attended Wichita State University. Receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the field of Accounting, Scott Lehner graduated in 1985 with honors. Outside of his substantial work in custom home construction, Scott Lehner has done a great deal of work in his community. A passionate football fan, Scott Lehner has helped promote youth football in his area through membership on the Youth Football Planning Commission. Additionally, Scott Lehner has directly contributed to youth athletics as a volunteer youth football coach.
