Hayes has been instrumental in developing the Company’s focus in the areas of Program Management, Oversight and Development, Strategic Conceptualization and Organizational Change, Operations Research and Systems Analysis/Organizational Enterprise Modernization. Brian M. Hayes knows that assembling the right team is essential to achieving results. He learned this not only through his time in business, but also during his time as a member of the United States Army. Mr. Brian M. Hayes has utilized his time as a veteran and as a seasoned business executive to assemble and organized a dynamic core group of premier management and personal counseling professionals. Under his leadership, Brian M Hayes’s team has come together to provide services to local, state and Federal entities. Hayes received his Bachelor’s Degree in business administration from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and later went on to obtain his Master’s from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
