Todd McCartney uses his success to help others, and his charitable efforts have helped organizations like Meals on Wheels provide service for people across the United States. Meals on Wheels is the oldest and most prestigious organization dedicated to providing nutrition and food services and the philanthropic support Todd McCartney provides helps them accomplish these goals. As a membership oriented organization, Meals on Wheels utilizes programs run by members from various locations around the county to deliver meal service to the elderly and disabled.
Todd McCartney is the President of Wholesale Merchant Services (WMS) and Wholesale Merchant Processing (WMP), which provide credit card processing services for small businesses. McCartney takes an extremely hands on approach to his presidential position, working closely with his staff to ensure that both WMS and WMP maintain optimum service standards for their clients.
Under Mr. McCartney’s tutelage, the company has grown exponentially, increasing its physical presence into two office buildings while gathering growing revenue flows, increased national sales and a scalable office environment that features a full time Human Resources manager.
McCartney joined the collective credit card processing firm in 2001 and has helped the company corner the small business processing industry. With over five thousand merchants using their services, WMP and WMS have proven that they can be successful in an ultra competitive market.
Todd McCartney’s company utilizes a unique call center system that forms the foundation of their sales organization. The call center utilizes forty telemarketers that contact merchants and set up sales calls, freeing up time for intricate business transactions while allowing for meaningful contacts to build naturally. Mr. McCartney’s innovative call center houses an additional team that processes important sales, allowing the company to save money by not hiring a consultant to make transactions in the field.
On the rare occasion that leisure time becomes available to him, Todd enjoys playing basketball, watching movies, hiking, boating, and traveling.
