John started in the San Diego insurance repair industry in 1986, specializing in residential repairs and restorations. Later expanding to Nevada during the Las Vegas boom, John began serving community developers and subcontracting warranty product installations in new residential homes. With the current wave of new residential high rises in Downtown San Diego, John Rodenbo Construction has been successful in serving high rise developers with product installations, customer/buyer warranty services, water restorations, and correcting building deficiencies.
