"To my surprise the insurance company wasn't willing to settle for a reasonable amount. We sued in small claims, they appealed (to my surprise, again) when we won, and we won again. He took everything in stride and settled it soon after the appeal for a fair amount. I just can't believe how abusive and greedy insurance companies have become. I wonder what these people would do if they or their children were injured in an accident... "
