Before Scott Greenlaw earned the reputation as an accomplished executive with the ability to provide results, he was an active student that saw both many challenges and much success in college. As a student at the University of Washington, Greenlaw served as a Rush Chairman for the fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha, and was a four-year Letterman for Football. In 1993 and 1994, he started as "nickel back" for the Huskies. In 1995, Greenlaw contributed to the winning team that the University of Washington had at the time, as he started as the "strong corner" on defense. Some of Greenlaw’s achievements in his college football career include: having earned the Pac 10 Player of the week in 1993, being part of the team as the National Champions in 1991, and winning Pac 10 Championships in 1991, 1992, and 1995. Greenlaw also participated as an active member for the Christian organization, “Athletes in Action.” Scott Greenlaw would later graduate from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Following his collegiate career, Scott Greenlaw worked in diverse positions for various leading companies. In the past, Greenlaw has worked as: a Data Bank Processor, a Commercial Real Estate Broker, a Loan Officer, a Sales Manager, and a Chief Executive Officer and founder for Merit Financial. From these positions, Greenlaw not only gained experience within the professional world, he earned the skills and experience that made him the successful leader he is today. He is currently a Mortgage Consultant for The Greenlaw Team, and a Real Estate Consultant for PropertyBuyers.net. With his experience with diverse positions within the professional world, Scott Greenlaw has grown to be an expert in management fields in the business world. He has provided successful results and has helped shape individuals and teams into effective and successful assets. With a strong background in process improvement methodology, budget management, material control expertise, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, Scott Greenlaw has earned the necessary set of skills required to be an effective leader.
