I am a contract processor that works out of my home and has over 7 years of experience with processing conforming, government, alt A, and subprime loans. Here are just some of the many benefits in hiring me:

I have only the highest recommendations from every loan officer I have ever processed for. I have included their contact information on my resume, feel free to contact them. I have been known to take an application written on a bar napkin and processed it from that napkin through to post closing, with minimal input from the loan officer. This gives your originators more time to get more clients and less time trying to get their loans closed.
I am up to date on all loan officer continuing education and tests in both Oregon and Washington. I am an ethical professional, this is how I make a living and I plan on continuing this line of work until retirement. The only way that will happen is if everyone that comes into contact with me is 100% satisfied.
You do not have to pay me workers comp, insurance, vacation pay, retirement or any other benefit you may include for an in house employee. You only pay when your loan closes and I will invoice escrow when I send out the final items for docs.
