I am a full time Realtor in Atlanta, GA. I have been involved in Atlanta Real Estate for over 7 years as an agent, investor and builder. I am a "rare native Atlantan" and I am exceptionally familiar with the intown markets, as well as the "burbs" in the metro Atlanta area.
Since I began my career as a school teacher, I still view my job as being an educator. I want my clients to be aware of the overall market and how their situation is impacted by that market. I educate my sellers on properly preparing their home for sale to get the most money possible - particularly in difficult selling markets. I educate my buyers so they know a deal when they see it and I make sure they understand all the financing costs and ongoing maintenance costs associated with a home.
I put a lot of time and energy into understanding my client's specific needs and in keeping up with the current trends in the Atlanta real estate market. I am a professional and I can save you time, money and frustration when you are involved in buying or selling your largest financial asset.
