In my mid 50's I'm learning how to enjoy a better lifestyle. I'm helping others do the same. Health Living is all about making healthy choices. After suffering with asthma and allergies for over 10 years I finally found that the air we breathe, the food we ate, the activties we do impact our lifestyle. I live with my husband in upstate New York. We have four children and three grandchildren. Our youngest son Nick will be forever 21 in Heaven. Our son Ernie lives with his wife Tellier in Seattle, Wa. Our son Matthew lives with his wife Holly and our beautiful granddaughter Madison in Pasadena, Ca Our daughter Catherine lives with her husband Chris and our beautiful grandson's Nathaniel and Oliver in NY,NY. We are sad that we don't see them very often but estatic when we do.
We love to ski, taking walks, going to the movies and reading. We live with our 12 year old lab/collie Duke and he loves it when we take walks. Unfortunately, his arthritis is making that activity more difficult. He takes Glucosamine and Omega 3 as well.
