Roland Palm is the President and Owner of Roland Palm Business Group, Inc. an international management, information technology, web design & IT outsourcing consulting firm located in Panama City.
Since the year 1989 Roland has worked as a technical authority in the database, internet, intranet, networking and e-commerce arena and as a general data processing expert covering a wide range of server technologies and computing applications.
Roland has deployed advanced information technology projects in order to resolve critical problems in existing systems which required innovative solutions in many aspects of the project. He has experience in the development of government initiatives related to strategic investment, collaboration, civil engagement (e-democracy), workforce, privacy, security, interoperability, public records management and libraries, permanent availability and preservation, public access to resources, reduction of the digital divide, distance education, competition, infrastructure, e-commerce development, reduction of redundant and overlapping government agency activities, governance and management of change, policy making, international trade process streamlining and integrated human resources.
