Profile
Most of my 20's were spent as a Captain of some of the world's largest yachts. I cruised some of the most beautiful places on Earth running high end vacation charters for wealthy individuals and families. What an incredible experience! I learned how to manage huge budgets while keeping guests and crew happy. As I got older, I realized I could not do this forever, as much as I loved it, and I started to become more and more interested in Real Estate.
After a brief stint as a Realtor in Greenwich, CT, I found myself fascinated not by helping people find property, but by helping people finance property. I always enjoyed creative mathematics, and after majoring in Engineering at the University of Illinois, this was a natural fit. My goal as a residential and commercial mortgage broker is to help my clients finance their property in the most cost effective and profitable way possible.
Unlike a traditional short-sighted mortgage broker who tries to make the largest commission possible on every transaction with little regard for his client's needs, I strive to put my clients' needs first and find ways of making them as profitable and prosperous as possible, thereby ensuring a long term, mutually beneficial relationship. As a Certified Mortgage Planner, consultation and advice are the strengths of my practice.
I have helped all types of real estate investors, including the couple buying their very first home, experienced real estate developers financing 100 unit condo projects in Manhattan, and closing hard money commercial loans in as little as 3 days. If you need any type of financing, please feel free to call or email me, and I will use all of my skills and experience to help you accomplish your goals.
