Profile
Lisa, the creator of Baby’s Language explains how her idea came to her. Her daughter Demi would Coo and Aahh with expressions of need. It was this need that inspired her for knowing what her daugther was wanting. A passion for communicating with Demi is what encouraged her to write down what her daugther was saying. Lisa translated what each Ooo and Aahh meant and an idea was born. Her concept was to create a shirt with specific terms that her baby used. Giving a defenition to each rattle with the inspiration of helping other parents. The concept behind baby’s language began before my daughter Demi could even crawl. Listening to her cues, & babbles I was having a hard time trying to figure out what she was saying or really what she wanted. I sat with her and babbled away and it hit me right there & then that if I really listened I’ll understand her.
I immediately jumped on the internet to find some cute saying tee’s (baby talk) and to my surprise all I found was unwise adult sayings. Slogans that could only generate from an adult’s point of view. Then I thought what ever happen to baby’s language, the unique innocence. That was when baby’s language was born. I decided to create my own designs all of which I found amazingly, unique and simply adorable. To my surprise… I wasn’t the only one. We are here to capture those precious moments and treasure them for ever. A smile is the same in every language.
Ever wonder what your baby is saying? All the coo’s, maa’s, ahh & boo’s? Well wonder no more. Baby’s Language is here as a translating/educational tool with fun colorful designs that can be used as a clever learning tool in the early stages of word association.
