Melinda sits on the HR Advisory Committee for Mount Royal College and is a member of the Human Resources Association of Calgary (HRAC). She is a Certified Behavioral Interviewer, trainer, certified personnel consultant, holds 3 technical certifications, studied sales and marketing at UBC, and art history at the University of Nice.
