"Unfortunately, dad passed away a couple of weeks ago. I want to thank you for all the time you put in on his behalf without ever even meeting him or myself personally. The fact that you did this without asking for anything in return is truly very special. Even though in the end, he only received 3 months of benefits, the idea that he had this additional income coming eased his mind a little bit that he was less of a burden to his family.
