I am in my 16th year in the securities industry. The first 10 years were spent in retail production leading into a gradual transition into supervision/management. For the last 4+ years i have headed Newbridge Independent Services, a division of Newbridge Securities Corp. My responsibilities include the recruitment, transition, and supervision of experienced financial services representatives.
