I used Stevens Worldwide Van Lines of Wycoff, NJ for moving and they arrived with less moves then they promised. This causes the movers to complain and curse that there was too much to move. I went over an inventory of items with the manager prior to the move. The manager said they do not need to come by the house to do an inventory themselves.
