"Vicky York was a nurse at the time of my daughter Julie's birth, at Vancouver Memorial Hospital in Vancouver Washington.
After Julie was born, in the nursery at the hospital, she was choking and turning colors. Julie's father was admiring her through the nursery window when this started to happen.
