In his first career, Michael was the founder and CEO of Lydiastar Telecommunications, the first UK telecom provider to be awarded the Queen’s Award for Export. He subsequently led the team of business developers responsible for the creation of 4,000 call centre jobs in the Scottish Highlands.
Michael now describes himself as a social entrepreneur. His primary interest is creating organisational structures for facilitating and sustaining effective collaborative relationships between individuals, across departments, organisations, and networks.
