"Stay away for the following reasons (1) you can NEVER reach a real person on their 1 phone line, and their billing and accounting dept is automatically "unavailable" without even an answering machine (2) even if you go to their offices, the person you're looking for won't be "in at the moment", as the address is just a fancy location for a cubicle warehouse of similar small-businesses (I've been there, and it looks like they just rent 2-3 small office rooms, essentially) (3) they have charged me"   more...

I agree with you that they are evil. SCAM,

I decided to use their service in order to see the apartment that they listed on craiglist. I sent them several emails regarding the lists of apartment that I was interested in. However, they have never answered about that. What Happened to the apt?

I also found they have not updated apartments list on their website frequently as you advertised. Acording to my experience, once they charge me $200, I never got t"   more...
