" In my opinion, based on my experience as a seller, I found her to be extremely unethical, & very dishonest. My contract allowed me to terminate the agreement in writing anytime after June 19, 2006 without penalty. I notified her in writing on August 20, 2006 that I wanted my home taken off the market.
