"Through-out my 10 years in the title industry (with my daily interaction being with realtors) I have been a first hand witness to Beth's integrity, honesty, and can personally note that she is very ethical! I have worked with Beth in closings and as a client. If all realtors showed the caring and commitment that Beth's shows to her customers the industry would be a much better place for all consumers!"

"We hired Beth to sell our house in a very bad market - the worst since the depression we have read. She sold it in two weeks! She was extremely ethical and honest - covered all the bases with us up front and we had no problem with the $250 NON-REFUNDABLE fee she required at the time we signed her up. She returned phone calls and emails promptly, communicated with the buyer's agent in a decisive and timely fashion and displayed a highly professional work ethic. It was a vicious circle - Beth wouldn't release the house due to legal reasons until the woman signed a piece of paper saying so. The woman didn't want to sign it because of the $250 fee, so Beth told her to cross off the fee and sign it. The woman chose not to, because she was paranoid and emotional. "I'm in the process of using Beth as a buyer's agent when buying my first house. I'm an intelligent engineer, but not very knowledgeable about real estate or home construction in general. I'm not related to Beth, and I don't benefit from reviewing her... nor did she ask me to write this.

" In my opinion, based on my experience as a seller, I found her to be extremely unethical, & very dishonest. My contract allowed me to terminate the agreement in writing anytime after June 19, 2006 without penalty. I notified her in writing on August 20, 2006 that I wanted my home taken off the market.
