As a massage therapist and energy worker, I assist my clients in balancing their mind, body and spirit. Using various techniques, I help to relieve muscle pain, increase joint mobility, clear energy blockages and promote over wellness. I am trained in muscular therapy, Reiki I and Aston Patterning Techniques I and II. It is rewarding to be able to help clients move from a place of pain and stress to a place of peace and relaxation.
