My name is Stefany Mills and I am a doula.
I found my calling after many years of searching. I find pregancy and childbirth to be something of a miracle and love sharing this with other women. It can be the most rewarding and empowering exerience. My job is to provide women with the emotional, physical and educational support necessary to help them create the birth experience they truly desire.

"Stefany was the key to my successful labor and delivery. This was my first pregnancy and I was scared to think of giving birth after hearing many horror stories. I did some research to know what my options were and decided that having a doula was the best thing to do. I interviewed many doulas and Stefany stood out among them all due to her caring demeanor as well as her professionalism and knowledge.

"Having Stefany as my doula is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It was my 2nd child...my first labor had been very long, but was fairly easily manageble and the delivery was a breeze. I expected the same the next time around, but the delivery was much more difficult. Stefany stayed in the birthing tub with me for hours and hours, until the water was ice cold and she was blue int he lips. "I was skeptic. "Why do you need a doula," I asked my daughter? Women have had babies forever and get along fine." "I'm scared," she replied. Aren't we all! My daughter, Jennifer was adamant. "Having the chance to know Stefany is something very special in itself. i will always be grateful to have her in my life. I also had the chance to experience the birth of my daughter with her on my side as my doula.
