My thirst for something different lead to a professional career in health care. Not being comfortable doing the same things day in and day out i found the courage to study for a social science degree and that's because i thought i ought to be officially educated.
It was not long before i went into management in health care which i did for several years and although i was enjoying the experience and initiated and implemented significant change in my field I knew i could stretch myself and achieve my real potential as an influencer of others.
I studied for a certificate in education, and that was part time as i had a full time job already to support my young family, and soon i became a lecturer in health studies and later a senior lecturer in management, change and quality in health services.
This year, yeh this year 2006, i decided to explore new horizons and discovered i had a natural attraction to helping others achieve their potential, or so my students tell me.
In just over six months i completed my stuides at Diploma level coaching with "Coaching and Mentoring International" having carried out 40 hours of coaching with nine people.
I am now competent coaching any one for personal, professional or career and specialise in people including managers especially the health and social care sector.
