Senior manager with over 16 years of experience in management Sales & Marketing, ICT and Organization programs. I have covered managerial positions with direct responsibilities on international projects and innovation promotion activities.
My knowledge concern Management, Business Process Impact, ICT consulting strategy, Sales and Marketing analysis, Customer relationship and extended Supply Chain management.
Particular experiences have been developed in Program Management, B2B and B2C environment analysis, change management and organization.
In last two years, I enforced my professional competences with a Master in Marketing in order to cover also knowledge of sales and marketing organization, direct marketing, consumer analysis, channels distribution and so on. My final MBA thesis concerned "Customer information Management for a direct Marketing approach".
Currently I'm working as Sales and Business manager inside strategic consultancy companies and I'm looking for new entrepreneurial private enterprise, partership or manager position.
