The Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Upper Montclair is a full service ballroom dance studio conveniently located between Lorraine and Bellevue Avenues, on Valley Road, in Upper Montclair. Our mission - To enrich the lives of each and every person who comes in contact with the Fred Astaire Dance Studios. We are an intimate and friendly ballroom dance neighborhood studio. All our staff is full time and fully certified, and they will always know your name and greet you when you walk in. We have Introductory classes for beginners 3 times a week. We have every level of dance student - from a raw beginner to a competitive United States pro-am Champion. We teach all ballroom and latin, wedding dances, waltz, tango, foxtrot, cha-cha, rumba, swing, samba, mambo, merengue, quickstep, viennese waltz, jive, hustle and more. Our emphasis is on quality of instruction, team building and relationship building. We feel you have to love your teacher in order to love dancing. You'll love our teachers!
