My background includes more than 17 years selling, advising business owners and developing salespeople. My company is called Winfree Business Growth Advisors. We work with business owners, CEOs and Presidents to coach them and their sales people to double their current sales levels through behavior modification and our unique approach to business development, and we do it for a guaranteed fixed price.
We find most owners hit the ground running, but haven’t had the time or perhaps the wherewithal to create a quality marketing or prospecting plan. So later they find themselves struggling, or that their sales revenues from month to month are inconsistent. They may find themselves investing too much unproductive time creating sales proposals and providing information to prospects that have no intention of buying their product or service. Sometimes they find themselves dumbfounded when an existing client leaves them to do business with a competitor. We understand these and the other issues that plague many closely held small businesses today.
The thing that distinguishes Winfree Business Growth Advisors from other trainers or even coaches is these individuals train for perhaps two days or three months, some set amount of time and regardless of whether or not it was effective, it's over and they are off to the next seminar. Sometimes you can see the result in a rather short period of time. Others take longer, but regardless, we are with you until you see the result. Often management and business consultants provide a report or suggestions toward improvement, but the meter runs until they are done. Our compensation is based upon your achieving the sales, financial or production goal as quickly as possible, that is why a flat rate coach with a Results Guarantee is so effective.
