Profile
Hello, thank you for visiting my profile!
I'm happy to be a philologist MA (Moscow State University Lomonosov) and have a pleasure of have been private tutoring in linguistics and languages for 21 year by now. I teach the English language on any level for anyone, Russian as a foreign language (in a foreign language), i.e. Russian for foreigners in their mother tongue. I also teach a number of both European and Oriental languages from ground level.
Foreign visitors to Moscow often take a marked interest in the Russian culture, traditions, ways, habits, obsessions, whimsies, psychology, everyday life, colloquial speech (including highly non-formal phraseology) and Moscow touring. All this is quite familiar to me professionally and constitutes just one more facet of my tutoring experience.
My humble aquaintance (to highly various extent though) with several world languages allows me to have found the common language with every student of mine yet. Under any conditions I'm very reverend to my students' age, inborn linguistic talents, diligence, time limits and dead lines.
In the domestic educational market I also have a pleasure of teaching a certain range of subjects meaningful for pre-univeristy students and univeristy students in need for additional introspective insight into the depths of academic knowledge. Along with that I help the young to get properly prepared for their prospective studies abroad.
I happen to possess a 2.5 year experience of educational management of 260 students at Moscow State University Lomonosov. I'm also immensly fond of working with teens, especially those academically challenged.
Throughout my career my clientele included the highest ranking foreign diplomats to Moscow and their families, foreign specialists in Moscow, families of local upper+ scale authorities, financists, politicians and bohema.
Confidentiality is the corner-stone principle of my client politics.
I take professional interest in languages and literatures, linguistics and literary translations from various epochs and languages.
I'm rather serious, extremely sensitive and very independent in character, still dry to semi-dry sense of humour is one of my special features. Situationally it can become sarcastic or black. I'm creative, spiritual, intellectually curious, multicultural and multilingual, always open to new positive and beneficial ideas. I enjoy a pleasure to have as my hobbies homeopathy, house planting and bird watching - various glimpses of nature which I love so much. I also love a good laugh and joke.
I have a pleasure of having visited France, Monaco, Italy, Egypt, Turkey, Sharjah, Thailand, Hungary, Poland, Latvia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Abkhasia.
