I am the founder and president of Fast Value Inc. Fast Value is currently the largest real estate appraisal company in Washington and Oregon. We emphasize the customers exerience, utilizing personnel and technology to provide a fast, efficient and user friendly product. We service mortgage lenders, banks, investors, and private parties.

We are always looking for new opportunities for market growth and for better processes to assist us in being the best we can be as a company.

My extensive experience in the Mortgage industry made me realize the inherent problems in the Real Estate Appraisal field. Fast Value is the solution to those problems, over coming the communication problems, the lack of customer service, the inconsistent product, and the lack of a national appraisal presence.

"Fast Value is abosolutly the worst appraisal company in the state of Washington and Oregon. If you are looking for a Fraudulant appraisal Fast Value is the place to go. I personally have inspected properties appraised by this company in which the appraiser failed to note in the report the the home was completly gutted to the studs and had no occupancy permit, like I said this is your man if you are looking for an appraiser who will overlook anything and everything, on another report the subject "   more...

"As a former staff member of Fast Value I have first hand knowledge of their business practices. A great many of their appraisals push the value to what ever the client wishes. During the course of my employement I was asked a majority of the time to increase the value and to use comparable sales of homes that were outside the subject's market area just to make the client happy.
