IMKNOW is an Information Technology Services Provider located in Palm Beach County since 1990. Our clients are U.S. companies and their foreign subsidiaries. Some of our customers include hospitals, medical facilities, hotels, retail stores and engineering firms. Our certifications and partnerships include Microsoft, DELL, Compaq, Cisco, Citrix and others. Information Technology (IT) Services include strategic technology planning, Information Systems (IS) business practices, project management and consulting, desktop services, server and network services, communication services, application development, and internet services. IMKNOW maintains traditional IT values and provides support seven days a week twenty four hours a day. Our goals are to respond within four hours and have core systems available 99.999% (5 9s) of the time. We employee experienced IT professionals who are familiar with proven IT and IS industry practices, not just experienced with computers. We not only have experienced systems, and networking professionals, but maintain experienced software developers. This is unique in this type of business and allows us to effective evaluate and plan all aspects of a customer’s request. This combination of skills lets us quick resolve problems when several parties are involved and reduces any down time. IMKNOW provides all of these services through our first and second level support programs. Our first level support program is for companies who need the full range of typical IS services. Companies needing first level support generally have no internal IT department and need the expertise and stability of a sole source, technologies firm for all of their planning and support. Our second level support program is for companies who need emergency support and/or consulting and implementation on large, complex projects. Companies needing second level support generally have their own IT department. However, these companies sometimes need outside assistance because they lack manpower with appropriate technical skills. Brief descriptions of some of the IT Services provided by IMKNOW are: Systems Integration - We design, install and support Microsoft and Dell solutions and we sell, service and support desktop, server and communications hardware. Custom Software - We develop custom software and databases for client-server or Internet environments (.NET, Visual Basic, Access, SQL Server, Exchange, Share Point, Front Page and CGI). Security and Disaster Assessment – We review, analyze and assist to reduce inside and outside security threats. We assist with planning for unforeseen outages to insure data accessibility. IT Management and Consulting Business Services - We review and analyze existing and proposed business practices to determine if technology and/or changes to current operational procedures will achieve desired business goals.
