Kim Priebe has been repeatedly designated as a Top Producer for Windsor Capital Mortgage Corporation among the company’s 1,800+ loan officers. Kim earned her real estate license in 2002 and joined Windsor in January 2003. She is a member of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB), the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), and the Financial Planners Association (FPA).
Kim also holds her REALTOR© and her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), designation however she limits her professional practice exclusively to real estate finance and lending. As a SRES®, Kim has been specifically trained and has become a recognized industry expert in counseling senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in purchasing and refinancing their home.
And finally, Kim has earned the coveted designation as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS ®), less than 1% of all loan originators hold this designation, and as such is a recognized expert in the area of mortgage planning, cash flow management and real estate equity management.

Kim is approved to originate home loans in multiple states and with over 300 wholesale lenders nationwide. These lenders include all the big name A-Paper investors such as Wells Fargo, Countrywide, Bank of America, WAMU etc, as well as Alt-A lenders (100% financing), as well as Sub-Prime lenders (poor credit solutions), as well as Hard/Private Money lenders (foreclosure bailout/avoidance). The significance of this is that she has a vast array of resources and can search thousands of programs to locate best fit solutions.
She is skilled at determining solutions for an array of problems and has a knack for explaining complex financing concepts and products in a way the client can digest. (including Reverse Mortgages, 2 for 1 Buy-Downs,1%, 40 year, Neg Am, Option ARMs, hybrid ARMs, Interest Only, etc.) She enjoys working with individuals on fixed income, investors and first time home buyers alike.
Kim has a BS Degree in Finance and has nearly completed her Masters Degree in Marketing at San Diego State University (SDSU). Finance is her passion, real estate her foundation, and helping to empower people to fulfill their cash flow/real estate goals and dreams her reason for going to work every day.

Kim is happily married with two beautiful daughters. She resides in San Diego, CA and owns several income producing properties locally as well as out of state, including single family residences, multi-units, and commercial properties.
