My name is Matthew Palumbo and I am a loan officer with Dynamic Capital Mortgage ( a direct lender) serving the Washington DC metropolitan area, and many other states. Being a direct lender, we are given added flexibility in our loan programs allowing us to be very competetive in todays market. Everything is done in-house ( underwriting etc..), which for you means that we stay in touch with you through the entire loan process. We usually always beat the big banks and brokers on rate and program.
I'm always interested in meeting realtors, financial plannners, builders, and other networking affiliates. We have the ability to do same day approvals, stated income up to 100%, non-contingent contracts, non-warrantable condos, coops ( very useful in DC), long term locks, no rental history for first time home buyers, DTI, land, construction, and commercial loans.
