Managing the Pecan Grove Properties is a rewarding task because I take pride in living up to my responsibilities as a landlord. Yet at the same time the job can be tough because I am also responsible for advertising when there are vacancies and going through roommate matching. All of those things combined with a never ending cycle of maintenance as a landlord and advertising as a rental agent do a good job keeping me busy and on the move so that the duplex apartments of Pecan Grove stay rented throughout every semester and every year.
