" I had the same experience.!! Each time I've checked what is available in their inventory either they have NO availability or I can find the same thing for less money through Expedia or the hotel's own web-site. My $ 4,000 dlls I spent on my "membership" was money thrown away. And,,,,,,to this date they are trying to collect maintanence fees of $249.00 trough Condo Trust and Monterrey Financial."

"I made the mistake of believing Global Escapes' claims that they had inventory that no other travel agent or timeshare rental agency had. And that their cost was less than competitors. Each time I've checked what is available in their inventory either they have NO availability for where/when I want to travel or I can find the same thing for less money through Hotels.com or the hotel's own web-site. Not one word of their sales pitch turned out to be true. Every penny I spent on my "membership"   more...

"Global Escapes on Sontera Blvd in San Antonio should be shut down. I'm sure the BBB (better business bureau) agrees and probably tired of the complaints they get. Global Escapes are very creative when they attempt to scam you into buying left-over timeshares, say that the plane tickets are free. I don't know how the employees can live with themselves. But, I guess its a job for them... sad, very sad. "
