"DO NOT ORDER FROM HB WATCHES. I ORDERED A WATCH 2 WEEKS AGO, IT IMMEDIATELY WENT TO PROCESSING, AND NOTHING HAPPENED FROM THERE. I HAVE CALLED THE SUPPOSED OWNER ALAN A DOZEN TIMES, EVEN AT ODD HOURS OF NIGHT, LEFT MESSAGES, NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. NO ANSWERS, NO CALL BACKS, NADA. I EMAILED THEM APPROXIMATELY 5 TIMES, NO REPLIES. I ENDED UP CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE OF FEAR OF IDENTITY THEFT.

WHAT A JOKE, THIS ALAN GUY SHOULD BE ARRESTED!!!!!

"I can only agree with everyone else. HB WATCHES WERE QUICK TO TAKE MY PAYMENT BUT CAN'T EVEN SEND ME TRACKING INFORMATION FOR THE PRODUCT I ORDERED. To add onto that, THEY DON'T EVEN RETURN MY CALLS/E-MAILS!!! I am going to complain to PayPal and MAKE SURE that I get a refund. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!"

"AGAIN I CAN ONLY ECHO WHAT THE ABOVE COMMENTS ARE SAYING.

Im waiting 3 weeks now for a watch i bought from HBWatches. Emailed them so much they probably think its spam and no reply. As for them phone numbers on their Contact Us website.. they must be bogus numbers cos i cant get thru to them..

Do not order of this company."

"I bought a watch through these guys and they sent out the wrong one. I returned it after they offered to pay for postage and I am still waiting for my correct watch. After a month of not returned phone call and emails I have had enough! DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY-YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT!!!

EDIT: 16/05/08 I started a complaint through PAYPAL and received a refund from HB Watches within a week! "
